Hi, I'm Sophie
Founder of Light Up ADHD |
ADHD Coach, Mum, and ADHDerMy ADHD storyGetting my ADHD diagnosis
as an adult was a real turning point.
Suddenly, so many things that had happened in my life
started to make sense.Through coaching, I learned more about how my brain works,
embraced my strengths, and found practical ways to work with my brain rather than against it – creating a life that feels more aligned with who I am.My coaching backgroundThat experience led me to train as an ADHD Coach through the
ICF-accredited School of ADHD Coaching, combining professional coaching skills with my own lived experience of ADHD.My background is in storytelling and creative leadership, with experience across journalism, filmmaking, production, and creative direction in settings including the BBC, agencies, and the charity sector. This shapes the way I approach coaching: seeing possibilities, recognising strengths, and finding personalised strategies rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.A space to be understoodTogether, we explore how ADHD shows up in your life, build practical strategies that work with your brain, and find a more sustainable way forward

at my own pace."
